Can a Cat Flap Be Installed in My Door or Window?
Cat flaps cannot be cut into existing glass, especially double glazed units.
Instead, a brand new glass unit is made from scratch with the hole already cut to the exact size of your cat flap. This ensures the glass remains strong, safe, and properly sealed.

How Long Does It Take?
For double glazed glass and uPVC panels, the cat flap must be ordered first so we can size the cut-out correctly.
If it’s a uPVC panel, installation can often be completed the same day.
If it’s glass, a new unit needs to be made, which typically takes 2–4 days before installation.

No — customers must supply their own cat flap.
